Rebranding can be tricky, says Mark Gillespie. Gillespie and his wife Kaila, along with business partners Corey and Naida Boadwine purchased Kaladi’s neighborhood gourmet coffee house in May of 2013 then renamed it Kaladi’s Bistro.
